Ismerkedés - Let's get together ;)

A hotelba érkezés után, este 11-kor már elég fáradtak voltunk. Épp hogy elkezdtünk kipakolni, és készülni hogy ágyba bújjunk, amikor kopogást hallottunk az ajtón.

Egy kedves nő és egy fiatal lány lépett be a szobánkba, majd kiderült, hogy ő lesz a harmadik szobatársunk, egy lány Costa Rica-ból, a neve pedig Monica. :)

Mindannyian fáradtak voltunk, így hamar ágybe dőltünk és nem telt két percbe hogy elaldujunk.

Reggel fél 8-kor ismét kelés, majd reggeli és tréning, megtanultuk hogyan kell kezelni a gyerekeket, átvettünk szinte minden korosztályt.

A reggeli tipikus amerikai reggelinek számított: rántotta, szalonna, sült krumpli, palacsinta és hasonló finomságok. Mindenki bemutatkozott, elmondta honnan jött és hány gyerekre fog vigyázni.

Majd jöhetett a kiképzés első napja. Délután 3-ra már végeztünk is.

Az érdekesebb rész délután következett, séta a városban, és ismerkedés a többiekkel. Voltak sokan Németországból, meg Kolumbiából, volt aki Kínából illetve Svédországból volt aki Costa Rica-ról érkezett. :)

Mindenkinek ez az első élménye itt az Egyessült Államokban. És mindenkinek más oka volt, hogy ide jött, és ezt az utat választotta. Jó volt hallgatni a történeteket, és megosztani az első közös élményeket.

Megnéztük közösen a főbb nevezetességeket, fehér ház, emlékművek...szóval nap végére el is fáradtunk teljesen a sok gyaloglástól és a meleg időtől.

Este pedig kipróbáltuk a medencét a hotelban, ahol jó volt megmártózni a hosszú nap után, ugye csajok?

After we arrived to the hotel, at 11pm, we were really tired. We just started to unpack our stuff and get ready for bed, when somedoby knocked on the door.

A nice woman and a young girl stepped into our room, and she was our third roommate, she is from Costa Rica and her name is Monica.(good morning, szeretlek, mwuahhh ;) )

All of us were really tired, so went to bed and it took just 2 minutes to fall asleep.

we had to wake up at 7.30am, then we had a breakfast and then we went to the training and we learned how to handle the kids in every ages.

The breakfast was a typical american breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, french fries, pancakes and these kind of stuff. Everybody introduced itself, and said where are they come from and how many kids are they gonna take care of.

And then started the first day of the training. And it ended at 3pm. :) It wasn't that long, we had to just listen while Chris was just talking, talking, talking....

The interesting part started in the afternoon, when we went out, and we a started to get to know each other. There were people from Germany, Columbia, China, Sweden and from Costa Rica. :D

This is the first experience for everyone in the US and everybody has a different reason to come here, and choose this road in their life. It was good to listen to this stories and share the oppinions and the first experiences here.

We were at the Capitol and at the White House, and at the Monument, and at the World War 2 memorial and so on, so in the end of the day, everybody was really tired after a long walk and because of the hot weather.
So before we went to bed, we tried the pool in the hotel, and it was really nice to spend a little time there in the water, after a long day, right girls? ;)
